Background & Solution

The client wanted to bring all their employees working in different branches to collaborate under an app. Their aim was to increase internal communications between the employees of different levels and locations. The primary aim of the app was to create events, do RSVP, share event details, photos and newsletters. Now the app enables employees to chat, share documents, news, view events etc. A champions module was introduced to the app later which helped the bank to motivate the employees for better collaboration and engagement.

Result:

By adopting this app the bank was able to easily communicate with its employees. The HR department found this app very effective in motivating the employees and maintaining the company culture
